charming surprise
cute staff prosecco bottle
the staff was cute. a prosecco bottle awaited us in the room! i found the breakfast selection pleasing and satisfying, with fresh pastries.
the room felt somewhat cramped for three people. it lacked sufficient space for our luggage, which caused some inconvenience .

the hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee, a nice touch. also, the hotel provides free water and soft drinks, which i appreciated. the unique themed rooms added to the experience.

roberto was particularly helpful and accommodating to us. he gave useful local recommendations and answered all our questions. valentina was friendly too! but the wi-fi was slow.

The location proved excellent. It was central and close to the train station. The room's design was unique. The staff offered helpful recommendations (a big plus!).

I stayed in a Beautiful Triple Room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is quite central. It allows for easy access to many attractions. Staff facilitated transport to the airport..
There was a coffee shop nearby with a strong smell of weed, noticeable every time I entered or exited. The hotel lacked a proper lobby..
